All chat/skype sessions are Eastern Standard Time
Failure to miss your scheduled chat time will have you rescheduled to the following week
Working hours: Currently our working hours are Monday-Thur 11am-8pm
We will be changing these hours in August to
6pm-10pm Monday-Thur as well as Sunday
We are closed on Fridays and Saturdays to shoot weddings.
We are NOT able to send the font files used in your design.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds once you have received all or part of your files. If you would like a refund before receiving any files we will give you a 50% refund, keeping the remaining 50% as design service fees, since we have blocked time for your Skype session.
